NEW-Small, clean, quiet RV Park, Security Gated, lots of mature trees, surrounded by farm land, just 1.2 miles off Hwy 90, South on Avenue U. Very reasonable monthly rate.

Very poor park, very loud trains pass all day & night, residents of mobilehome park don't pick u after their pets, park manager just doesn't seem to care,his pets also, NO pick-up. We would not go back.

The park was very nice, close to Spokane,Friendly RV'rs in the park, enjoyed the stay, we would stay again.
